We have advanced PCB board manufacturing technology and equipment to produce various types of printed circuit boards, including Multilayer PCBs (up to 68 layers), HDI PCBs, Rigid-Flex PCBs, and High-frequency PCBs.
To ensure that a PCB design is suitable for manufacture, our design services follow Design for manufacturability (DFM) guidelines, conduct a Design Rule Check (DRC), and provide clear Gerber files to the manufacturer. We also consider trace widths and layer stack-up and avoid difficult-to-produce features.
Common surface finishes include hot air solder leveling (HASL), immersion tin, immersion silver, electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG), organic solderability preservative (OSP), and lead-free HASL. Each finish has specific properties and is chosen based on application requirements, cost, and environmental considerations.
We utilize various testing methods to guarantee the quality of our products before they leave our factory doors. Our testing services include the functional circuit test (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), automated optical inspection (AOI), and environmental testing.
