What’s next becomes now丨IPC APEX EXPO2024

On April 9, 2024, Jeremy, Vice Chairman of CPCA, Director of the International Affairs Liaison Committee, and Chairman of KINGBROTHER, represented CPCA at the opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting for the IPCAPEXEXPO2024 in Anaheim, California, USA!

This remarkable three-day event, organized by the IPC International Electronic Industry Connection Association, attracted over 10,000 participants from the electronics industry, hailing from countries such as China, Japan, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, and many others.

APEX EXPO stands as one of the largest exhibitions for electronic components and production equipment in the United States. It provided an excellent platform for industry professionals to engage in discussions on pressing topics, including bow and twist, humidity toughness, microvia reliability of substrates, hybrid solder masks, and DDM (Design for Manufacturability). These discussions not only highlight the latest technological advancements but also foster collaboration among industry leaders.

As an active member of the WECC (World Electronics Council), CPCA is committed to encouraging Chinese companies to engage in international dialogue.
